FS4 USA Remote Support Tool

Save the program to a folder on your PC where you can locate it (such as My Documents)

Once the download is complete, open the file and run (double click) the "Install" file. This will install realVNC server on your computer. It will also install two icons on your desktop: Click on the icon for the tech you need.

You will notice a VNC icon on your task bar by the clock. It will turn black when you have connected to a technician. You can disconnect the tech at any time by right clicking on the VNC icon and selecting "Disconnect Clients".

Only you will be able to initate the connection. We are not able to initate a connection to your PC at any time. This will serve to keep your system secure.
